What are the different payment options available?

How long until I receive delivery of ordered products?

Orders are dispatched by carrier usually within 3-5 days of payment, however orders paid by cheque may take 7-10 days.

Do you export goods?

What would the shipping costs be to export?

All export shipping costs are confirmed upon receipt of order, as it is dependent upon country, type of goods, size and weight of the despatch load. 

Can I arrange for my courier company to collect the goods from your premises?

Yes, when we receive an order for export we will automatically contact you to discuss your preferred despatch method. Feel free to advise your nominated courier company and your account details and we will liaise directly with them to arrange collection from our premises.
