CITO PRO RY

50 x 700mm length strips = 35metres 

CMR is manufactured to the exact measurements and quality of CITO PRO RY, the only difference is that it is manufactured on reels.  Especially suitable for production of larger packaging and displays. Reduces waste.

Reel lengths vary dependent on locator size:

37m     all 0.3mm to 0.5mm height

35m     all 0.6mm height

30m     all 0.7mm height and 0.8mm x 2.1mm, 0.8mm x 2.3mm, 0.8mm x 2.5mm

28m     0.8mm x 2.7mm, 0.8mm x 3.0mm, 0.8mm x 3.2mm, 0.8mm x 3.5mm

25m     from 0.8mm h x 4.0mm w

28m     1.0mm x 2.7mm, 1.0mm x 3.0mm, 1.0mm x 3.2mm, 1.0mm x 3.5mm

25m     1.0mm x 4.0mm, 1.0mm x 5.0mm

 The projecting protection film guarantees optimum sheet transfer on high performance die cutters. No taping of the creasing matrix is necessary to reduce make-ready time.

50 x 700mm length strips = 35metres

This is the ideal creasing matrix to use when small distances between cutting and creasing rule are required such as glue flaps, window cuttings and small folding cartons.

100 x 700mm length strips = 70metres

CITO PRO CC

For double creasing, with small spaces in between for creasing rules.

40 x 700mm length strips = 28metres

CITO PRO CS

The special creasing system for double creases; this can be applied individually for better flexibility; extremely narrow shoulders for the smallest spaces between cutting and creasing rules e.g. mini folding boxes and folders.

50 x 700mm length strips = 35metres

CITO PRO IK

Creasing system for high value products, manufactured from corrugated board. Inside chamfering reduces tensile stress and thus avoids cracking on the surface of the material.

50 x 700mm length strips = 35metres

CITO PRO SG

Special product for printed corrugated board for which the highest quality is required. Enhanced lateral bevelling avoids optical degradation on the surface.

Special double-crease without a centre piece for premium 180 degree folding of products made from corrugated board.
